History & Memories Lincoln Park's playground is a rather new development. Before the current equipment was put in (less than a decade ago) the park consisted of walking trails and two bouncy/riding horses. It could hardly be called a playground at all, but I always got a thrill when we'd drive by it. I liked looking for the horses. Location: On SE Mill Street between 130th and 135th Avenues
